Neverness is a small, self-hosted AI chat application operated by an individual (not a company) under the khazu.net domain. By signing in and using it, you agree to the following terms.

Free tier and premium access

Anyone with a Google account can sign in and use the free tier. It comes with a fixed allowance of tokens: chat uses tokens as the AI model counts them, and image, music and 3D model renders use them according to how long they take. Your remaining tokens are shown in the app. Once the allowance is used up, new requests are declined. The allowance does not reset on a schedule, and its size may change at any time.

Premium access, which has no token limit and includes EverVideos, is granted at the operator's discretion. Any access, free or premium, may be limited, changed, or revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service for anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harm others.
• Don't attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service's operation.
• Don't share your account access with anyone else.
• Don't create extra accounts to get more free-tier tokens.

AI-generated content

Responses are generated by a self-hosted AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given purpose. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other decisions requiring professional advice. You're responsible for how you use anything the AI produces.

No warranty, no guaranteed uptime

This is a personal project run on hobbyist infrastructure. It's provided "as is," with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. It may go down, change, or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.

Your content

You retain ownership of whatever you send to the AI. The operator does not claim any rights over it beyond what's needed to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy for how it's handled).

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
